SICAM 2023: a record edition

On the occasion of the 14th edition of SICAM, the International Exhibition of Components, Accessories and Semi-finished Products for the Furniture Industry, 9.000 companies, for a total of more than 20,000 attendees from 112 countries, came to the Pordenone Fairgrounds from Tuesday 17 to Friday 20 October, to meet the best companies in the sector and touch new materials and solutions that will be proposed at next year's main international Saloni. In the 18,420 net square metres, thanks to the creation of the Hall 5 extension, more than 650 exhibitors from Italy and 34 other foreign countries animated the event and many new products were on show in all sectors of the industry.

As always, business meetings and high-profile trade relations were the stars of the event.

Once again this year, SICAM satisfied the market's need for a concrete appointment where the product is at the centre and where architects, designers, retailers, manufacturers, and furniture makers have the opportunity to meet, focusing on innovation, product research, or the solution that can enable them to define new furnishing ideas.

There was also great success for "Enjoy Pordenone with SICAM", the platform desired by the city authorities to celebrate a trade fair that attracts thousands of people every year, who were able to take part in over 90 appointments, meetings, exhibitions and initiatives throughout the city centre.

The date for the 2024 edition is already set in Pordenone, from Tuesday 15 to Friday 18 October.
