It is a highly professional solution for the management of events, both with reserved entry, through accreditation (e.g.: meetings, gatherings, parties, special events, etc.), and with free entry (e.g.: events, fairs, showrooms, etc.), in order to profile and build the loyalty of each individual contact and/or visitor, both B2C and B2B.

QUICKLY AND SECURELY MANAGE ACCREDITED VISITORS OR CONTACTS TO AN EVENT
CONFIGURE EVENTS
You will be able to create/edit events, without limits, with the possibility of choosing whether they will be accessible only by accreditation (with QR CODE) or open to all.
REGISTER VISITS/ENTRIES
There are 6 possibilities for registering a visit or entry: by photographing the QR CODE from accreditation, by searching for the visitor/guest among the accreditations, by scanning the vCard type QR CODE found on the business card, by OCR, by photographing a business card (front/back) and registering it later, and lastly by manual data entry.
CREDIT MANAGEMENT
You will be able to record infinite credits, manually or by importing Excel files. For each one, a unique QR CODE will be generated automatically by the software, which can be sent automatically via e-mail, with the possibility of customising the e-mail graphically.
MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT
You can upload agent or customer master data in order to be able to search for the contact more quickly at the time of the visit or to be able to manage the sending of customised communications/alerts.
STATISTICS
You will be able to view statistics of visits/accesses to the event updated in real time, at all times.
DOCUMENTS AREA
You will be able to upload files (e.g. documents, videos, images, etc.), divided into folders, which will only be accessible to users who are accredited, have registered or have visited the event/exhibition.
COMMUNICATIONS
You can send personalised communications, either via e-mail or text message, to all accredited users to provide them with information about the event or invite them to meetings, brainstormings, receptions and much more.
SETTINGS
You will be able to configure automatic rules that allow you, upon registration of the visit/entry, to send alerts, via e-mail or sms, to corporate users, agents or others. You will be able to customise the messages, configure the sending of daily reports on visits and much more.

You will be able to create users who will be able to access the JME EXPO, either with a corporate or reception role, with no limits on number. For each of them you will be able to configure the visible sections and the events they will be able to manage.
