Cucinare, the food and kitchen technology Fair in Pordenone

Cucinare, per piacere, per mestiere is the reference Fair for lovers of cuisine and catering professionals of the north-east, present every year at the Exhibition Centre of Pordenone.

Cucinare 2020, scheduled from 15th to 17th February, comes to the 8th edition with many news and unique events.

The format of the Fair is born from the culture, interest and passion of Italians for events dedicated to the world of Italian Cuisine.

One example is "La Prova del Cuoco" on Rai1 and "Masterchef", the most acclaimed television program with the participation of the best chefs of the world.

During the 3 days dedicated to the world of "foodies" there will be tastings, show cooking, mini cooking courses and demonstrations, with a roundup of 130 exhibitors from all over Italy in order to present the culinary excellence.

There will be well-known TV faces and great national and international chefs.

The chefs during their show cooking, will lead visitors into culinary journeys among the flavors of their lands, traditional dishes and their concepts of cuisine.

Among workshops of typical products, wine tastings, craft beers and demonstrations with the best starred chefs, Cucinare will be characterized by four thematic routes:

Health: for those who choose a healthy and good cuisine or for those who have to deal with food intolerances and allergies;

Territory: to give value to typical products, IGT and PDO;

Green Cuisine: path dedicated to new food trends, such as vegan, vegetarian and natural;

Trend and research: where the innovations of the sector are protagonists.
